Payrolling.com is an independent, verified marketplace for contingent-workforce vendors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the commitments we make — including the ones on our principles page.

What we collect

  • Account information you provide: name, work email, job title, company, and profile details you choose to publish.
  • Content you create on the platform: RFX requirements, vendor responses, answer-library entries, reviews, messages, and community posts.
  • Usage information: pages visited, actions taken, and device/browser metadata used to keep the platform secure and improve it.

How we use it

  • To operate the marketplace: matching buyers to vendors, running RFX workflows, and displaying the public vendor directory.
  • To verify identity and company affiliation — verification is core to the product, and reviewer and vendor credentials are checked against the information you provide.
  • To send transactional email about your account, RFXs, invitations, and reviews. Marketing email is opt-in and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not pass buyer contact information to vendors without your explicit consent — expressing interest or sending an RFX is that consent, and it is scoped to the vendors you choose.
  • We do not accept payment for rankings or placement, so your data is never used to advantage one vendor over another.

Sharing & processors

  • Content you mark public (vendor listings, reviews, community posts, public profiles) is visible to other users and to search engines.
  • RFX content is shared only with the vendors you invite and the teammates and reviewers you add.
  • We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Retention & your choices

  • You can edit or delete your profile content, posts, and answer-library entries at any time from the product.
  • Organization data (RFXs, responses, audit trails) is retained while the organization account is active, and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and dispute-resolution needs.
  • To request an export or deletion of your data, contact privacy@payrolling.com from your account email.
