Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026 · Questions? legal@payrolling.com
These terms govern your use of Payrolling.com. Vendors additionally accept the vendor terms presented in the vendor workspace. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The service
- Payrolling.com connects buyers of contingent-workforce services with verified vendors through a directory, RFX workflows, and a professional community.
- We operate the marketplace independently: rankings and visibility cannot be bought, and verification standards apply equally to every vendor.
Accounts & accuracy
- You must use a real identity and a work email you control. Accounts represent individuals; organizations are managed through team membership and roles.
- Information you submit for verification — company details, coverage, certifications, insurance, reviews — must be accurate. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal from the directory.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
Acceptable use
- No gaming reviews or ratings, including soliciting reviews from people without a genuine working relationship.
- No scraping, bulk export, or resale of directory or profile data.
- No unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content in RFXs, responses, messages, or community posts.
RFXs, responses & content
- Buyers own their RFX content; vendors own their responses and answer libraries. Each grants the other (and us) the limited license needed to run the workflow.
- Sealed-bid RFXs are kept confidential between the buyer team and each responding vendor until the buyer's process concludes.
- Content you publish to public surfaces (listings, reviews, community) grants us a license to display it on the platform.
Disclaimers & liability
- Verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee — buyers remain responsible for their own vendor selection and contracting decisions.
- The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the twelve months before a claim.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes & contact
- We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product before they take effect.
